Calories will automatically lower itself if you lower all the other things I said. And drink at least a gallon of water a day. Weight train...but go fucking heavy! It burns more calories and helps build muscle. To hell with cardio! I don't like it! I find no use for it at all!
Carth said:YES!!! sometimes when I can't eat solid food and I'm in a rush, I take a cup of oatmeal with 50grams of protein and blend it up in the blender. But make sure you use the quick oats and not the regular oats or else that shake is going to be rough to drink.
