abcess and need solid advice

I definately have an abcess on my right upper thigh,hip,you know the area..it is not going away even with topical antibiotiacs..came home drunk like an ass and stuck myself several times without alcohol,etc.My fault I know...What do I tell docter and do I mention health insurancce and admit to steroid use?I'm 5'6 and about 200lbs so it is obvious.Maybe say I was using B12 and insulin?mods and pros please advise..I need to go to the docter asap.Thanks bros.

go to the ER as soon as possible , it can get realy bad realy fast if your not carefull. You don't have to tell the doctor what ecactly happened , just tell him that you leaned up against something and it stuck you.

My girl works as a RN , they get junkies in their all the time for abcess due to using old pins over and stuff , most of them say they think it was a spider bite , or it just started itching and it got worse , its funny cause they all get it in the same spots!!

but realy , the doctor doesen't have to know what stuck you , just as long as he knows that you were poked by an unclean object!!!
