This kind of question sounds stupid, i know that this is an anabolic steroid forum ,but anyways i would like to know if someone has buyed or tryed this stuff called Ab lounge 2 ? In my opinion sounds good and i would like to try it, but i need suggestions about it please!!!

It might work, but chances are it will be a clothes rack in "no time". Your better laying on the floor to do your crunches and so forth. There no easy way when it comes to get fit.

my ex girlfriend bought one of these and i did it once and then it sat in the corner of the room for awhile with shit all over it.. so unless you want to spend $100 on a worthless chair i'd say do something else!

I think its a good product. From what ive seen on tv. If someone put that in the corner of the room or closet after a week or so, what does that mean. It means the product is probibaly a good one but the person is lazy, uncommited, and afraid of pain. From what ive seen i would LOVE to have one of those in my house. It works the complete abs much quicker than other excercises with less stress. I would say yes and not to listen to quiters. If you are commited it will work. If you are not it will in fact go in the closett.

i have an abb lounge and i use it three times a week and have for around 7 months i had a six pack to start with but my workout buddy has lost 4 inches around his waste and it also works your thighs thats were i have noticed the difference ... so ya if you actuall use it .. it works
