AAS bad combo w/ acne prescriptions?

I was wondering if anyone knew of any prescription acne drugs that reacted bad with AAS. I plan on going to the doc in a few days to have him prescribe me something for acne on my shoulders...

Hey bro,
It all depends on what type of prescription your talking about. I'd say all are fine except for accutane (very hard on liver). However, I've been on accutane for 3 months, and I just started my first cycle 2 weeks ago. The accutane knocked all my acne off my back (only spot I had it) about 1 month ago. So far so good. My doc didn't recommend I take anymore blood tests after the first month. Therefore if my levels rise, he would never know. Some docs make you get checked for a blood test every month, in that case it wouldn't be smart to do AAS and accutane at the same time, because then you run the risk of getting taken off accutane, which happens. Since the dermos never will test for what you really want them to when you have to take the time to go give them blood and pay, etc. its really a pain. If you want accutane, just go buy it and start with a low dose like 20mg.

Ok, this is bad advice, dont really follow it, I just do not like doctors right now.

accutane the only way to go, as long as your not using oral as with the tane, your liver values should be fine, dose is weight dependant some peeps try 60mg and run it until all acne is gone thats a lighter dose
