AAS and joints

What AAS is not so harsh on joints, I know deca is good and to stay away from winny, but I do not want to take deca for it shuts me down too hard. I just recently recovered from a broken arm, I am not planning a cycle at the moment, but would like to do one in 5-6months.

Well, Anadrol is good due to the high volume of water retention, but do you really want to go down that route?

D-bol helps my shoulders tremendously; I'm sure because of the water retention.

AAS is not directly harsh on the joints, yes winny will cause problems but only because it drys you out....As long as you keep a decent amount of sodium and plenty of water in your diet you should be ok. There are also supplements that help with joint lubrication. I noticed that I began having joint problems when I dropped my sodium intake down to about 500-700mg daily....at the time I was on a dbol/test/eq cycle and I wanted to minimize bloating......now I'm on a tren/winny/test cycle and have kicked my sodium back up to the 1500-2000mg daily....with no bloating, good strength and all joint tenderness is gone......
