No, no... I benched 385 for nine reps. I am at five-six reps with 405.
Arms = 19.6 would be over 20 if I carbed up (triceps are my weak area here.)
Chest = have no clue, never put a tape around it. but it would not be accurate if I did because genetically my best bodyparts are my back and shoulders (in terms of mass and thickness) and my waist (in terms of small size) because of 12 years of competitive swimming I did.
Legs at 28 inch about 1.5 inchces above the knee. (hams are my weak area)
Calves at about 18 inches, but only because I don't train them. About once monthly as an after thought. They blow up fairly quickly so I don't really have to worry about them.
I don't have a clue about forearms. I don't even work them.
I am devoting one workout by itself to Triceps (mondays) and Hams (friday) for this entire year.

AAP you sound big but i think im a littel bigger in the chest and arms area. stiil you got way more post count than i do but im not far off from an avvatar and more respect.
i wouldnt have choosed massive guns as a name, unlss i could back up the gunz part trust me
thats a not bad bench though. i hit that even when im off dbombs and aabols. keep benchin and dont ever look back at three plats.
