Haven't been on much due to excessive workloads, but just to let you know I am still here. Some of you I need to catch up with in the next couple of days. (you know who you are)
I am so fucking busy right now it is not funny. I only train twice a week, if I am lucky. My schedule is usually Day One : Chest/Back supersetted for 9 exercises each. Bis/Tris supersetted for 9 exercises each. The entire workout takes about 45 mins and that should tell you how much free time I have. Day Two - whenever it comes around, which sometimes is the next week is Quads/Hams supersetted for 9 exercises. About half an hour total here. I am not working shoulders, abs, traps, calves, or anything else not listed above. This sucks. I am up at 255 now, due to eating out so much with clients. I need to take two weeks and hit the ocean each morning and drop a couple %'s of BF and get my hardness back.
I have scheduled another photo shoot this January again and plan to just work out clean (as I am currently) until about Nov and then use enhancements.
I haven't had a protein shake in about 5 weeks. No shit. I wake up and eat real food, usually eat lunch on my expense account and then take clients out to dining. Order room service later that night. 3 meals a day. It's killing me.
