It seems to me that those targeted were dealers. Also, a large quantity of low lever users of GBL got hit, too. So, the question is, have there been any low level webslinger arrests relating exclusively to 1,4 BD?

I have not heard of any.

Well, 1,4 was ruled exemption from the so called Analog Act, and the indictments issued to Roberts were thrown out, so 1,4 cannot convincingly be scheduled.

It is a legal substance to possess.

Puc,I had not heard of low level users being targeted by the Gestapo, could you point me to some articles or wherever you found this information? thanks

I appreciate that shredded... but still, good old Doug has had some post-roberts issues with the feds. Being prosecuted is a bitch, whether or not you are eventually convicted.

As to the other question, the feds were sitting on pelchants site for several months, many controlled deliveries resulted. I do not know if all of the deliveries were GBL related or not.
