Being affected with it for my whole life, I have learned some coping stategies and here's one of the best. Notice that when you are depressed, you tend to slouch. Straighten up as if you have strings attached to you like a puppet. Take deep breaths and hold your good posture. It is almost impossible to feel bad while doing this. Mostly just focus on your posture and do not allow yourself to slouch, see if it makes a difference next time.
