I translated some small parts.

The conclusion is that deca has estrogenic effects ITSELF (so without aromatisation), and that nolva will counteract deca gyno.

It has no progesteric effects, and so RU486 will not do anything against gyno. This was even tested.

I argued that 3 years ago with guys like Bill Llewellyn and The Eviscerator all concurring but all the meatheads kept saying you have to take winny to counter-act the deca induced gyno and nolva wont help. It just goes to show how the "conventional wisdom" is based simply on a bunch of people who have no idea what they're talking about repeating things they hear but have no proof of.

how much winny do you rec for only helping w/ prog gyno? i just want the minimum amt of winny to conteract prog-induced gyno.

Nolva is still the way to go for any AAS. Tren and Deca included. I have spent hours reading about this and the only actual proof is in favor of Serms!
