Right now I'm the weakest I've been since I was in High School. I had the gyno surgery and I thought my lifts would come back faster. I'm wondering if I could use gear to get my "natural" strength back.
Let me explain with an example. My best bench with gear is 405. Without gear is about 350. Right now 2 months post surgery I can only bench about 250. Now let's say I do a cycle and get my bench back to my peak at 405. When I come down off of the cycle and start losing strength will I lose almost all of it and be benching closer to 250 or will I be able to maintain something closer to my natural peak of 350. If anyone has any experience please let me know. I'm just trying to figure out if a cycle will help me right now or if I should wait until I get my natural strength back before doing another cycle.
