i get at least 1 pm a day that says, "can you take care of this for me?" with a link to a 5 page thread and no indication as to what you want done.

Or "can you delete that thread I made?" with no link.

or a conversation is forwarded to me between 2 people going back and forth and I don't even know what you're talking about or why you're showing it to me.

or a link to a bookie event that needs to be settled, but i'm not told who won.

or "JoeMuscles wants to change his name. how does he do that?" (tell him to pm me directly?!)

I'm really happy to help anyone that asks, but please make it easy for us to help you.
