Has anyone of you got a bodyfat-measure-thingy?
What did it cost?
Is it worth the money?
Is it reliable?

My gym doesn´t have one and the gym that has one charges me 15$ because I´m not a member. I refuse!

No, its not worth it and they are about as accurate as the Weather Forecast.

actually...

years ago i had one done...the first proof i was off all the height/weight charts...so that was encouraging

(the 'electrodes on your foot' kind)

at the time i was a member of a club and did aerobics & weights...pre-kids this was...

doesn't excuse my current weight but it was good to know my weight is NEVER going to sound ok...

(who do they make those charts off? are they REAL? yeah i know i know...IT'S JUST ME)
