what size bottles do bartenders usually serve well drinks from?

The same principle applies. Cheap stuff comes in bigger bottles. And in the places Ive worked, well drinks were all premium liquor.
 
lol... well drinks were expensive liquor?... most exp. bar i've ever been to had 22 dollar well martinis and used stolis as their well alcohol. Cheap bars use bartons or some other no namer that actually advertises "charcoal filtered"
