
Listen, I recently did a study on myself (unintentional) and the results were mind boggling, yet worked wonders..
I was in the tip-top shape of my life this past January (as far as bf is concerned), posting a personal best of 8% bodyfat. Then I moved back in with the family (temporary) and started eating all the tempting junk..
Here's how the program works..
You completely stop doing cardio, decrease your workouts by aout 30%, and here's the kicker, you eat ANYTHING you want!! Did you hear that? "Anything you want." Additionally, eat as much as you want!! The more you eat and the worse you eat, the better the results. For example, right before you go to bed at night, throw down all the oreos, peanut butter sandwiches, etc.. that you want, then go to bed, and don't exercise the next day! In less than 4 months, you can pack on the fat and almost hear yourself gaining wt!! Believe me, if it worked for me, it can work for you!!
