Listen, I recently did a study on myself (unintentional) and the results were mind boggling, yet worked wonders..

I was in the tip-top shape of my life this past January (as far as bf is concerned), posting a personal best of 8% bodyfat. Then I moved back in with the family (temporary) and started eating all the tempting junk..

shit,I was getting all excited when I read the first part of your thread about eating everything you wanted,I was hoping there was a happy ending to that exciting new program.Oh well,I guess I will go back to eating my rice and chicken breasts.

Ya bro, i would let myself "go" sometimes. Man it's so weird, i actually could see the bodyfat starting to come and cover my abs. It's scary...

Just be diciplined for a few weeks and you should be back where you were.

a couple of months.. still been getting 5-6 meals a day in, but just doing cardio and working out. Not concentrating on putting muscle on now 'till I start my cycle in a month or so.
