Popcorn and stuffing stuffed chicken. Especially great for those that have a hard time telling when their chicken is undercooked or overcooked and dry.
1 large chicken
1 cup butter
1 cup stuffing
1 cup popcorn
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350degrees. Stuff bird, insert chicken with the neck towards the front of the oven. Baste on occasion and listen for popping sounds.
When the chicken's ass blows the oven door off and the chicken flies across the kitchen--it's done.
Enjoy.
