A little nervous...

What do you guys think? I ordered from a domestic source (to be sent to my home address) but received a letter from customs at my po box saying it was seized. Why would customs send me a letter on a domestic shipment? On the usps tracking it states the day after the package was supposedly seized it arrived at my local post office, weird. I forgot I have all my mail forwarded to my po box so today the package arrives there. I have a notice in my box stating that it requires delivery confirmation (but not signature confirmation). What do you think I should do?

what i do is this...any time i get a "PACKAGE" regardles of were its coming from i bring it inside get a big black phelt tip marker and write return to sender wrong adress on it. and place it right by the front door.....soposedly the law stats that if they are going to raid you they have to do it with in 24hrs of delivery so if i do get raided all i have to say is whatever the package is not mine look i even put it by the door so i could but it back in the mail box when i go to work tomorrow.....

Hope this helps...

this is going to sound a little weird, but bear w/ me- i had a certain source that took payment domestically (and claimed to ship from within the us), but the one and only time i ordered from him i got a package from scotland (wtf?) that went through us customs. my thoughts on this: your source might just be taking money domestically and then ordering from an overseas pharmacy and having them send the pack directly to you- not fair to you when you think you are ordering domestically, and actually safer for the source, b/c he does not actually ever touch the goods. i would ignore the seizure letter and consider the pack lost, clean house, and use another addy to get gear sent to in the future

They probably took all the gear out and shipped the empty box, with a letter in it.

FIRST CLEAN HOUSE! - EVERYTHING - including all needles, alcohol swabs, everything. Make sure nothing is in your trash. THEN:

I would go get the package, take it home and open it. If there is gear in it then seal the thing back up and write "Return to sender - Unsolicited Goods" and put it back in your car. Wait a few days, if all is clear then reopen it.

If the cops show up with a search warrent, show them the box in your car, tell them you were going to take it back to the post office the next day.

The box might be empty!

Just went to the post office. The box has everything I ordered in it. My house is clean and my car will be by time I get home. What do you think?

You're not out of the woods yet. Take the advise that was given and wait.

Def write Return to sender on it...don't mess with for a couple days...better safe than sorry in this case. A lot of guys will take money domestically and ship from overseas, safer for them. So what you wait a couple days with your gear, better than getting busted. My first package ever came from South America...it said Casetes Romanticas on it, lol, I remember sweating when I opened it...I would be willing to bet though, If they let you receive the package then you are safe. Just my opinion. Too much can happen if they let you get all the way home with it. But always better safe than sorry.

Sounds shady. Do what the others have suggested, even though I don't know how much that will help you if it is indeed a raid. Be careful

I just reread your post, something doesn't make sense. Isn't USPS tracking only available for domestic shipments? If so, how would customs get involved? What does the return address on the package say? Any stamps from foreign countries on it?
