I have about 4 more weeks (I hope) before I can start lifting weights again, due to me breaking my hand. I was walking up my porch with my son and fell backwards breaking 3 bones 6 ways. Anyway, I would like your opinion, I am going to start a Winni cycle, should I wait a few weeks to get back in the routine or start it as soon as I get back to the gym? I am not a contest person. I am 6" and carry about 250lbs. I do have a "nice layer of fat" on me. All I am looking for is to get alittle leaner. I work hard at the gym but my diet is not the best. I WAS strong enough, but never had the ripped look I wanted. Yes I know diet! I am going to this time once I get to the gym. It is killing me not to get to the gym. Anyway, when I do start Winni, is there enough difference between the shot or paper Winni? I have limited money. The paper is so much cheater. I know every one is not the same but what do you guys think would be a safe amount to use before I would have to worry about my joints drying out? Besides Deca would Test help with the joints. My source Deca is so much more money. Thanks for all your help.
