a little help please!

i've done two previous cycles which the 1st was most at 500mg/wk sus,8wks, 2nd-50mg/fina/prop e/d for 8wks. i'm recovering from shoulder injury and just got by bf low so this next cycle i wanny put on maybe 10lbs and lower bf a lil if possible. i'm 5'8, 180lbs,12%bf

testoviron depot---------750mg/wks 1-8(frt ld. 1250mg1-2)
tt eq------------------------500mg/wks1-8
generic anavar-------------60mg/ed wks6-10(would go with winny but worried bout hair)
propecia throughout
topical hair treatment

like to try femara but unsure of dose? 1/2pill/ed?1/2 pill eod?
if not i will go with arimidex at .5m ed through clomid
clen wks 9-10

any ideas?

i would but i dunno how i react to it and i really dont want to get water weight and gyno from deca and i also cant use propecia on deca

I would certainly throw in about 200mg/week. It's enough to help a lot with your shoulder and shouldn't cause bloat or gyno at that dose. I don't like deca, but use it at that low dose just because it helps my bad shoulder.

Because it takes awhile to kick in think about doing the eq for 10-12 weeks vrs 8 and with test are you going to have novadex on hand or add an anti-e

and yes of course, i have nolv on hand. i want to use femara but dunno what dosage?

any suggestions?

should i just add deca at 200mg/wk? that be ok for the joints.. and would winny be ok if i add deca, say at 50mg/ed last 6wks or so?
