A little confused regarding forma.

I am on my first cycle test cyp 2 x 200mg a week.
I'm taking ntguard and hcgen.
if i understand right, some people take forma from the start, others introduce it at week 6 and some say you don't need it until pct.

If you are not using an AI on cycle I would run forms during cycle and PCT. If you are using an AI on cycle such as aromasin, I would save the forma for PCT.

Yes it's a great AI, raises IGF, increases HPTA activity, controls progesterone, etc etc. Everyone's body is different but seeing how you are on a light cycle it should prevent gyno. I always recommend having aromasin or letro on hand just in case though. Oh and forma also seemed to increase my libido while I was on it. Good stuff!

i normally use and ai from start to finish no matter what my cycle because i would rather be preventative, plus I always want to keep down bloat and water retention... forma is great and you are fine to start taking it now and through pct...

Not to hijack, but I have a few questions regarding dosing/timing of forma myself:

1) With the summer months coming around, what's a good rule of thumb on waiting to go tanning/sun bathing with forma?

2) How long should you wait before going swimming or showering after applying forma?

3) Will forma interact with sunscreen? Anything to look out (i.e. ingredients,etc) for in tanning oils/sunscreens/lotions as to not cause a reaction?

ive started my forma and it honestly seems to absorb almost instantly, very easy to use. i just pop it on after my shower so the area is clean.
