Yes, I am one of the girls that have met HI personally, on two occasions. I'm sure that I will get many responses from this thread and they may be rude or what not, but I'm tired of everyone messing with him. He's a big boy and can handle this on his own, but it hurts me to see what everyone says about him. You'll also probably ask why I haven't spoken up before... this is the interent. I have made many wonderful friends here and yes, they mean a hell of a lot to me. But I don't want to be thrown into the middle of some stupid drama here on elite, thats not what I came here for!! I've thrown my two cents in a few times, but enough is enough...
His current stats are 5'10, 188, and 8 percent BF. We hung out about a month ago and the stats were very similar. I'm not a fitness guru, so I don't know what his exacts were then. But anyway, he looks amazing. He has an incredible upper body and a nice hiney to boot (had to add that, sorry Kev!!) He dresses nice, but didn't spend all night checking himself out in the mirror, nor did he do so when he awoke in the morning. He's very down to earth and great to talk to. He holds a great conversation and has a wonderful heart and mind. His letters and poems may seem cheesy to you boys, but it takes a real man to do such things and real courage to post them here is amazing. He knows that no matter what he may say on here or what the spelling may be, he will probably get crap about it from most of you, but you don't see that keeping him from running. He's not afraid to say how he feels and will never back down when he has an opinion. He's been quite a friend, not only to me, but to others on here as well. I know some of you will never give him the chance, but that is your loss and it should not be taken out upon him. I know that he may be an instigator some times, but I have corrected him on that as well!! You can ask, he's been annoyed with me before!! But then again, we all have our moments don't we?

Wow, I babbled for quite some time, didn't I? These are my feelings on Elites own High Intensity. Hate me all you want for sticking up for him, pick on me for giving a nice guy a chance... but I'd do the same for any of you. Do what you will with this...

while he may resemble trenhead at times, i have spent some great time chatting with HI. he's very caring and supportive.

i think it's just really really hard to communicate through type sometimes (HI are you really in communications ;) ) and once people get a perception of a person he or she tends to hang onto it... perhaps moreso on the internet than in real life. i think it makes things easier for the human species to classify people and things in order to remember...

everyone makes gaffs and i think it takes a strong and mature person to force him or herself to see past these mistakes and see the person more as a whole.
 
look here missy, we dont care, we want him strung up by his ballsack. thats right, wrap tight rubberbands around his testicles till they turn blue and he passes out. he's gone to far this time, lets kill him.
 
i too have spent some time with HI, there were some 'real' moments there. he's kind, gentle, caring, and he dont mind rubbing my feet. i cherrish those times,.....the feet rubbing.
 
Spongebob has suggested torture no 32. The ballsack stringing....if it had included fireants and honey you would see that under no 32. a). Have a nice flight.

HI spent the night at our apartment on our couch... ALONE!! THERE WAS NO WHOOPIE MAKING!!
We are friends, and that is all...

well nobody said everyone has to get along, and I guess this is one of those times. I'm glad everyone like me. Even those who send me bad karma regularly really like me deep down inside, it's just hard to admit.
 
I don't understand why anyone would post something nasty here. I made this post for my friend HI, and to let all of you know what kind of person he really is. I know him on a personal basis, a friendly basis, and he is indeed a great guy. It sucks that I have to treat you all like children when I say, "If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all."
If you don't like him, fine, move on. If you don't like that I have befriended him, screw you. I've never had a problem with people disliking me either NB, and I sure as hell hope that because I have a friendship with this individual that won't change. I won't be surprised if it happens, but hey, thats life, right?

Kev, you are a great guy with a huge heart and a kind soul. Don't let the internet get ya down!! I'll always know, as will Pink, what kind of person you really are...

well I do have to say that HI has some very cool friends.

He may be the nicest guy in the world, but he sure doesn't paint a pretty picture of himself here.

It takes a lot to get under my skin, and he did it today.

please people at least post in context...saying I lack morals and respect is going to invoke a response...you could have pmed me.. I do not agree with the Flex 1 statement, I am friends with the man why would I want to hurt him...

never met the guy, but so what Id say I know em bout as well or better then anyone else here, he's a real good guy whose lent me a lot of advice and had many MANY conversations with bout whatever...Got my support fully there Kevo

Not to profess innocence here, but there are 2 other threads where people are fighting with HI.

Perhaps you and starfish could carry on this conversation on one of those threads?

Is addict in the hospital?? If he needs help, his friends should set up a fund. Why aren't they doing that?

That is all Flexed1's friends tried to do and if you had so many issues about wether or not to contribute, you could have shown a little compassion and kept you mouth shut. It didn't do him any good.

I can't believe I'm doing this, but right is right. The donation fund while well-meaning, was premature. Anyone, including myself, who was familiar with flexed1 would question his need for money so soon, especially given the fact that EF is such vertile ground for rumors. I thought his statement was fair and I said so on that thread. And that changes absolutely nothing about how I feel about flexed1. I suspected he knew nothing about any of it, and that turned out to be the case.

I agree but the way it was handled was tacky and people were jumping in who proablaby never would donate anyway, they just wanted to comment about a man owning a Benz.

Anway, I'm pretty sure the fund was stopped as soon the mistake was found. I think the thread was deleted.

I think what was done was honorable, not premature. It says a lot about the people who care for Felxed1. But then I'm just a stupid, old woman :rolleyes:
 
High Intensity is one of the very few guys on this board that I can honestly say is a good guy. From every conversation I have ever held with him he has always left a good impression with me. He seems like a honest authetic person and even modest. It may seem like bragging to many of you but he never came off as cocky to me. People on here have said he is arrogant and what not but if you took the time to talk to him I'm sure you'd find out differently. One of the cooler people on here without a doubt.

Starfish, you are a very sweet and kind lady who stood up for a man that was being attacked. For those that don't know her you have missed out on knowing a pretty cool lady.:bigkiss: :)
 
I greatly appreciate that HI speaks his mind, even if it's not the opinion of everyone and even if a lot of people as assholes to him over him expressing himself. At least he has opinions and enough integrity to stand up for people and causes he cares about.

He has been nothing but kind to me and I think he's a great guy. He has treated me with a lot of sweetness and respect, and for no other reason than that's how he is. It's a pleasure to know and be friends with him. ;)

This is no flame to you Raina, but I'm really fucking sick and tired of this meaningless arguement. HI might very well be "speaking his mind", but most of us do that. It's as if this somehow makes his being a complete ass ok, or even respectable. NO ONE jumped on this guy for "speaking his mind." We went after him because he's a dick, that's all there is to it. The fact that he's an honest, verbose dick, doesn't make him any less a dick.

And I don't doubt for one minute that all the chicks on this board find him "deep and caring and passionate" and all those other bullshit adjectives that so many barely post-adolescent girls use to describe all manners of pretty boy assholes. But every guy on here knows differently. We either know this guy, or even were this guy in past lives until we grew up. And I have no doubt that in HI's tiny, completely self-involved world, everyone who doesn't like him is just jealous: a much easier conclusion to draw rather than having to actually deal with reality.
