Do you really follow a sleeping pattern of at least 8 hours of sleep each night?
I know it can really affect your workout if one doesn't get enough sleep :bawling: I usually just get at least 6 hours or 6 hrs and 30 minutes of sleep:bawling:
 
A good nights rest is very important to not only your workout, but your general health. Each person varies as to how much sleep they need.

Do you only allow yourself 6.5 hours of sleep or
Can you only sleep for 6.5 hours?
 
3-4 grams of inositol + 100 mg 5htp right before bed will work wonders. Some people like to add 3 mg melatonin on top of it, but I do better with just the inositol and 5htp.
 
I CAN. I mean I tried getting sleep of at least 6 hrs like I go to bed at around 9.30 but I don't fall asleep until after 1 hr & 30 mins or sometimes even two hours. It's hard :bawling: and i don't know what the hell i'm doing wrong

i have used jsut about everything i would say dependson waht keeps you awake, i think ativan works good jsut don't use it all the time.klonopins are good to, but antipsychotics, such as serquell work teh ebst non addictive and tolerance take sa while to go down if youc an find it that is

i've been going through the same thing. yes inositol and 5-htp should work very well for you. they helped me alot.
 
I have the same problem. I like switching between Ambien and Ametripeline(spelling?)

Is it kinda like you just cant stop thinking when you lay down?
 
I can never sleep more than 6 hours a day no matter how hard I try or how many sleep aids I take. even with ambien, I can never get more than 6 hours. I don't think my body needs any more than that because Im never tired throughout the day and my workouts get better by the day.
 
I think getting 6 hours or more is good enough, it all depends on your lifestyle/diet etc. Everybody's different. But I would worry about the "Quality" of sleep, instead of how long you sleep.

Yes, the plain inositol -- but for 5htp, you want code 33.0, TRYPTOPHAN, 5-HYDROXY, (5-HTP) ($12)
 
ambien=shit if you really need sleep so bad and youa hve tried lots of shit amybe some roofie swould work i am tellgin you seraquell is the shit is bamances out your brain and it is not habit forming ambien is so shitty and expenise fuck 50mf doesn't do shit and it cost sna amr anda leg,i don't knwo waht fonz was talking about cuz ambien doesn ntohing for me
