Well this is a recipe that tasted damn good to me.
1 can chick peas (garbanzos)
4 chicken breasts
1 can diced tomatos
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 T cayenne pepper
1 T garlic
1 large onion, diced
Fry up the onion in some olive oil. After it is soft, add garlic and the rest of the spices; fry for 2 or 3 min on low. Then add the diced chicken breast and tomato and fry for 5 min. Then add the chick peas and cover it and simmer it for 15 min.
Taste damn good and its good for you!!
