re:FITDAY.COM, I find it slow, and more complicated than I need.

The USDA let you type in a keyword search and list all the Nutritional Info for anything that matched the search, it was fast and simple.

fitday.com is time consuming and lacking many foods. Even when you enter nutritional value for foods you eat often that are not on their list, they round up which gives you an idea of where your % are, but are not truely accurate.

I'll check out some of these others.

Has anyone come across a good website that lists good sources for complex carbs & their cals?

I know roughly what complex carbs are, but I'd love to look over a list. I'm sure there are complex carbs I haven't thought of.

Anyone???
