a first time cycle ?

hello

i was wondering is it possible for a 22 years old to run test 250mg wk for 12 weeks

As for my size am 194lbs with around 11%bf am 177tall my bench is 286lbs
my squat 319lbs for 5 reps right now all am taking is multi vit whey fish oil was creatin stopped

for my diet i eat around 1 protein per lb sometimes more for my calories around 2600
for my pct i will get clomid nolvadex

if i got anything wrong can you please correct me and tell me what fits me and i will just get
now for my pct if somebody can help if anything else is missing i can get it

but i wanan know how to have a good pct before i start
for example when to use and doses i have read alot and very1 is different could some1 please give me his advice so i can start and be sure about it


if everything went right i will use this cycle just once a year and that's it will i see gains like that ?will the gains stay if i keep training hard and pushing it ?
please correct me if am wrong and if there is give me a a good example how to properly a pct and test doses if anything went right i will start next two month's
 
What are your goals? If your looking to gain mass your caloric intake is to low, also you are very young and I honestly think you need to train harder and revamp your diet, also your pct is dogshit, nolvadex is garbage and clomid alone is going to give you issues, check out the pct section. But as I said I don't condone your decision to juice at 22,
 
You Need more research on roids and diet before taking them. Protein should be at least 1.5 gram/lb body weight, calories need to be at least 3000.
PCT is crap research it
Gonna need taurine and drink gallon water day for pumps.
But at 22 i guarantee your diet is not in check and you could gain at least 10 lbs naturally in a few months just with diet change
 
1 compound for a first cycle always... the first time you have sex should it be with 1 girl or 2? if you do it with 2 you won't know what the heck to do and it would be a wasted experience.

the rest of your post can be answered and more by reading the sticky's.. read all the sticky's, every post in them. you will learn a lot.

seems like you are really adament about juicing which is fine.. i won't say no. but i will recommend you do a lot more research on here and take advantage of the search function and existing sticky's and threads. then when you put together a cycle and decent pct post it up.

if you spend a few weeks researching the shit out of this site you will learn more in those 3 weeks than you could learn from your friends in years.

I know how my body react i do still gain weight and am eating enough it's just everybody is

different and i didn't post my pct i just posted the things i will use its crap yes but i told you if

i dont wanna be huge am not competing but am doing it for my self i know about water
i do drink gallon of water daily and 3k calories for me is to much 2600 is what i need i know

how my body react when i eat its just am not expert on the gear and am still trying to learn ;P
i dont wanna be 200lbs guy maybe 10lbs more thats it am cutting right now am at 194lbs and am fine the way i look but i wanted to increase it and try test cycle once a year for sure i will keep reading in the website and learn but making topic sometimes gives you more answers and i cannot find them in an other place
