a few questions...

doing a bit more research before i start my first cycle (if i do do it that is) and I have a few questions.

1. I have read that test e adds a lot of water retention and that using anti-e's can reduce this. Is this true?

2. does your body fat increase during a cycle?

3. how long do AAS stay in your system? I have read it can take around 18 months.

4. And do you lose all your gains unless you continue to cycle?

I dont want to get "massive" but, like a lot of people, want to see gains fast and am keen to know all i can about using AAS.

First of all, I would imagine you will take the plunge. Diet is the only thing to put fat on you. Most aas will have some sort of water retention. Dosage has a lot to do with that. You won't loose your gains if you continue to eat correctly and train correctly, assuming you don't consider water weight a gain. 18 months is deca or eq. Test en is 12 I believe. Not sure on that one. Some aas stay longer than others. Dbol is only a few hours and eq is 3 weeks. Do some more reading and make an educated decision.

Answer - Yes, if you are running test e then some arimidex (or liquidex) would be ideal.

2. does your body fat increase during a cycle?

Answer - Yes it can but diet has a lot to do with this. If you are bulking then some BF will show up, but if diet is in check and you are taking in a large amount of water and using liquidex, it should be minimul.

Answer - It depends on the gear. Every compound has a different timeframe. Look at the newbie thread at the top of this forum with all the detection times.

4. And do you lose all your gains unless you continue to cycle?

Answer - My opinion on this is that you will always lose SOME of your gains, but with proper PCT you should be able to retain most of it. I also feel this depends on what compounds you are using.

Answer - Your first cycle should be test e for 10 weeks at 250-500 a week. You will see a good size and strength increase and also see how your body reacts to this basic and essential compound.
