I would like to make a few questions.
1. What's the effect of glutamin in morning cardio on empty stomach. It seems it prevents catabolism . Does anyone knows how glutamin does that (process behind )? plus: does glutamin has a caloric value? (i suppose it does). What would be the recomended dose?
Does glutamin has any effect in burning fat?....
Does endurance athletes use it?
2. What's the thing about "oxidation of Whey"? is it the conversion of Whey to glicose? or completly different thing?
3. What are T2, T3 ? (i don't have a clue)
4. Why for some people diets with more carbs can be more effective?
What this means: " carbs are necessary for burning fat. hence the phrase "fat burns in a carbohydrate flame" "....is this truth?
Thank you
