next day air shipped on a friday is monday delivery, unless you want to pay an extra 10+$ for saturday delivery.

Yep...Macro's right (as usual). You can't order something on a weekend and expect it to make it to your house as fast as it would during the week.
Next business day is just that. Next business day. You should contact the AF Store at [email protected] and let them know about your dissatisfaction though. The customer care people may be helpful to you.
call and bitch to ups/fed-ex, whoever you had it shipped through, and complain to them for not working regularly on the weekends then. If you would have got it shipped 3 day, it would get there by next wendesday. I know that AF store is not at blame here, and i've never even used their products
UPS and FedEx don't deliver on Saturday unless you ask for and pay extra for Saturday delivery. Next Day Air FedEx goes by the rules for FedEx and they've been the same for 25 years. I am really sorry you didn't know that but most people, especially internet shoppers, know this. Like I said instead of arguing in the peoples court you should email the AF Store where they might actually care and do something for you.
BTW if you order something on Friday Sept 3, 2004 and ask for Next Day Air with FedEx, you won't see your package until Sept 7, 2004.

For you Info Fed Ex del on Sat.....And so does Ups.so when I wanted overnite They should have used UPS or US Mail...The option for over nite was there regardless.I was not aware the carriers THEY used did not have this service.........DO NOT OFFER if you cant make it happen...........

No not exactly. The standard home service that includes Saturday delivery is for ground not air. So if you want to order and choose ground, home, delivery and wait a week for your delivery it may be there on a Saturday.

I can honestly somewhat see where you are soming from. If you paid the extra money that is ..... I get ansi for my things as well, but unless you are buying them personally in your city there is usually a wait.
This was basically a misunderstanding. If I were you, I would talk to Utler or Mac, instead of drawing any negative attention to the AF store, because of a misunderstanding. They are pretty fair and I am sure that they can work something out with you. If it makes you feel any better ... their prods are well worth any wait. (You may be pissed now ... but you will be very happy when you start using the prods)

Check out the USPS web site.........Express Delivery Next Day 365 including SUNDAY...........So what about that....Again I say I DOT NOT have a problem with AF Store..But do not tell me NEXT DAY and then say ..oh the carrier i use cant have it done.....Change the del method...........

I never thought this would open such a can of worms..But I did not think i needed to know FEDEX policy when ordering...I just assumed Next Day meant next day...Not next business day
Its that AF should make a note Next Day is not Next Day yet next business day.......
