The US has never been a Democracy it's a Republic. The middle class has been going bye bye for a while of course that depends on what you call middle class???? Freedom??? Only a rich man has freedom and even the rich can be taken out by the government.

What's really going on is the end of WW2. Every industrial nation was in ruins and the US had a free reign to become a manufacturing giant without competition, well that simply isn't true any more. Of course during this period the US talked themselves into thinking they were great which wasn't really true we just didn't have anyone to compete with. Pre WW2 the US was like China is now, the US was not known for making quality anything. End result is the US is spending it's self into a corner. This will get worse as the population ages.

I enjoyed it. Its stuff anone who really knows about this stuff already knows. It explains how we got here, whats wrong and how bad it really is. You're not going to see it on the evening news. In fact, the people interviewed were mocked by the main stream media when they warned about the bubble in and before '07.

But this vid doesn't even touch on the commercial real estate bubble.

Indeed and specifically, a constitutional republic but a constitution is just a piece of paper unless the citizens demand its enforcement.
