A Discussion about the THIEVES at WorldCom

I can't believe this....about the executives:

They made $3.3 BILLION, thats right BILLION!!!!!! in 3 years,

now,

WorldCom is BUST, people from the company WHO WHERE
ENCOURAGED by the executives mentioned above to invest
in their comopany, are penniless, wiped out.

Yet, the executives get TO KEEP ALL THEIR MONEY!!!

WTF?

That is FRAUD ON A MASSIVE scale.

They obviously inflated their value of their stock by
encouraging employee investment in their
company and then cashed out making the value
of their stock plummet.

If I were a WorldCom employee I'd seriously consider
killing them.

I just can't believe the GREED of some people. Is
everybody devoid of a conscience?

It just makes me want to be a high level executive.
I guess I'm learning the wrong lesson here.

:lmao:

u know it will never happen and that they will probably do a lil time in min. securioty if that (who knows). money = being able to dodge shit like this

but i think max. security fior exactly the same sentence they would have recieved had they robbed a bank is fair.

I bet they could get most of them on the RICO Act.

But then, when I look at the relationship between Wall Street and stock brokers I'm convinced the whole thing voilates the RICO Act.

And don't forget.... no one is going to go to jail over this either.

i got laid off from that p.o.s. company 4 months ago and am beyond fucked job wise. i wish the government would take away ALL of the money that those execs made (including that shitball analyst on wall street who gave the stock a good rating when it should've been rated caca) and divide it up among the people who lost their life savings in it, then send them to jail to get fucked up in the ass for the rest of their lives since that's exactly what they did to god knows how many people.

I've heard something similar, something about racketeering or something on one of those shows on CNN.

These guys will all get off, they're way too connected to the highest levels of government. Once the media finds something to sink it's teeth in when nobody's looking these guys will be on their way to Switzerland.

Well, we won't have a war with Iraq until Mid-November, so with any luck the media will continue attacking these guys until the gov cracks and does something about it.

They didn't make the 3.8 Billion - they concealed it by incorrectly classifying it as a capital expense.

they did cash out at the expense of shareholders and employees and are guilty of fraud, but they didn't walk away with the 4 billion for themselves...

yeah, more power to the SEC. To bad all the congressmen and presidential people are shitting themselves since they are basically biting the hand that feeds them. haha, any time a politician has to sweat then I'm happy.
