A-dex question for the vets

When is it best to STOP taking a-dex? Is it better to stop it right BEFORE PCT...or is it better to keep taking it DURING the first couple of weeks of PCT along with HCG/Nolva in order to counteract the increased E from HCG?

I take it and recommend others to use it all the way through and through PCT until you've finished your HCG. After your last shot of HCG, wait another week and then discontinue it. HCG will cause high T levels and therefore high estrogen levels. Arimidex will limit the amount of T converted to estrogen.

So do you start your Nolva/Clomid along with the HCG...or do you wait until you stop HCG and A-dex to start SERMs? In other words, is A-dex + Nolva overkill for the E from just HCG?

I run Arimidex from day one all the way until the last day of PCT. I also run HCG the last 20 days of the cycle at 500iu's EOD then Nolva and Clomid for PCT. Last time I did this I had an excellent recovery - even after tren usage..

That sounds like what Swale and Needsize recommend...

Swale doesn't recommend that at all. He is adamant that adex should be ceased before pct because if it is continued it will drive estrogen levels too low. He also prefers not to use clomid for pct anymore due to the sides.

Thats true, I just meant that unlike jenetic, swale recommends running HCG before, not during PCT. He definately thinks A-dex plus Nolva during PCT is bad...although his concern is about lipid profiles mostly I think.

Yeah. You need to take nolva, clomid, arimidex, and HCG at the same time. Continue with the arimidex, clomid, and nolvadex after stopping the HCG.

Huh? Nolvadex keeps your lipid profiles good.

I know, and I'm not worried about it. I was just saying that swale was against the use of A-dex during PCT because he thought it would drive E levels too low and be bad for lipid profiles... He didn't seem to think that Nolva counteracted that enough.

OK. Just wanted to make sure you were aware that Nolvadex keeps your lipid levels good.
