A "Deal" on Fina? Or a scam or sting perhaps?

I was wondering if anyone else has received a "call" from one of the net-based suppliers of Fina, telling them "we are running specials right now .." or something to that effect.

This sounds fishy to me ... I was just wondering if anyone else had this happen to them.

This was from a site which exists, and the phone number which was left is their phone number which is listed on the site .... but still ... this is very wierd.

And, a note to the newbies, if you ask me who the "supplier" is I wont tell you - find one yourself!

After all, I do not advocate the use of any products not meant for human consumption.

By the way, I AM a regular board member, just posting incognito for various reasons.

Sounds sketchy bro. Was it a vet supplier type dealer pushing Finaplix cartridges or processed injectable Fina? Sounds like a scam...the vet suppliers don't need to push Fina on juice headsthey sell to ranchers with 1000's of cattle. Imagine it was someone calling to offer you a great deal on EQ or Sust...still interested in calling back and placing an order? I think not

That's what I was thinking too...your buddies are fucking with you. Otherwise I'd be a little freaked out if someone both had my phone number and knew I was interested in the juice scene.

Why would they call you though instead of emailing you?

I never had a phone call but I do get a few emails saying

we have a November special on such and such

almost the begining of each month I get one telling me what the specials are for the month, and what new products are on *list

that to me is strange too....

So here is what is going on. You probably bought Fina through Amazon, which is no longer allowing the sale of the Fina Cartridges. So whomever carries the product directly is most likely reaching out to let you know you can still buy it direct.

Of course, Fina used to be cheap. But with everyone buying it, it wasn't long before they figured out people weren't using it for cattle. So while it is perfectly legal to buy the fina cartridges, they raised the price 4x because of "recreational" use demand.

Now other sites like Amazon are aware of its use in this manner, so are cutting it out of their sites. Whether it was pressure or simply awareness that fina was being used for personal use, i have no idea. But that is most likely what's going on. Simple as that.
