i have 2 accounts on the cpu's at work.. one for me and one for members (student aged, 6-15 year olds)...

i want to make it so that they cannot download off the net, or cannot change settings, such as wall paper, icons, etc...

how do i do this?

and yes, i have all the passwords i need to log in as admin.

are these computers on a domain? or are they stand alone machines?

you can purchase programs right off the net or your pc if its new should have those options on it
