A 15 year old's thoughts on ALA!

I have been supplementing with ALA as of lately. Here's my review

--Positives:
Lost good amounts of BF, most I have ever lost in a 3 week span.
The benefits it does to my carb heavy breakfast meal.
Negatives:
--Extremely tired. I can't get ANY energy going whatsoever for my workouts.
Notes: Took in 800mg a day, before with b-fast, and post workout carb .
 
Thats great that youare y]getting results off such a low dosage, i am taking 1500mg 3x daily....Loosing absurd amounts of body fat and staying like a rock.....

I had noticed that the lethargy subdided after 2-3 weeks, if your that dead, drink a Ultra fuel in the morning....

The rookie, did it really go away after 2-3 weeks? Hmm..Im still debating whether to invest more cash into the supp. I think I might just make it a situational supp(non training days, and refeeds)
