I am really having a rough time with my diet. Lunch and breakfast are no problems. But at night around 8-9pm I GET HUNGRY and the last thing I want is a chicken breast or tuna.
Any ideas on what to eat? I was always grown up on the ideaology of "no carbs after 7"
