9pm snack...gotta have carbs :(

I am really having a rough time with my diet. Lunch and breakfast are no problems. But at night around 8-9pm I GET HUNGRY and the last thing I want is a chicken breast or tuna.

Any ideas on what to eat? I was always grown up on the ideaology of "no carbs after 7"

Try having a protein shake w/ 40 g protein + 1 tbsp flaxseed oil and wash that down w/ 15g psyllium husk fiber. I assure you, you'll be full after such a meal.

Try a handful of unsalted nuts or a couple of tablespoons of natty PB. Or roll a couple of slices of deli turkey around some cheese and dip it in mustard.
