9 month cycle, what to do next... please help

Hey all im going to try and keep this as short and sweet as possible.

Im 23 6ft 220lb and 10% body fat and im now coming to the end of a 9month cycle

my cycle has been 14 weeks tren ace (350mg) and test prop (175mg) and anavar 100mg ed. I then cruised for 12 weeks on 150mg test every 10 days.
My current cycle is tren e (600mg) test e (300mg) week 1-14 (or 26-40)
i know staying on cycle this long was a silly idea but my naturally i am very small and have extremely poor body building genetics and seem to lose all gains when i come off cycle no matter how good my pct diet and training is when i started cycling at 19 i was only 140lbs!

i am also a personal trainer and model and I do lots of fitness work so staying in shape was a must for my modelling competitions and pictures.

My question is where do i go from here? I was planning on coming off and doing a strong pct before going back on in April in preparation for the summer but worried about how much gains i will lose in that time. I have everything in preparation for pct and have used hcg throughout my cycle. I also have peptides ghrp-2 and cjc to help.

Im questioning whether coming off for a couple of months will do my body any good or mess with it even more?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Thank you in advanced

This is the reason you dont cycle at 140lbs. You had no base and no pct will stop you losing a lot of your gains

9 months isn't cycling. that's just staying on. just call it what it is.

like bonacris said you never built a base to begin with so any gains you get on cycle are going to wither away quickly when you came off. not sure what else to tell you now. you can either stay on which would be a shame at only 23 or you can come off and try and build a base naturally which you should of done already.

600mg tren E for 14 weeks? Did I read that right?

"If I stay on just a little longer..."

Youre 23 and already screwing around with high tren doses. At your age you should get off all gear (low does test included) for at least a year to give your body a break. Hit a long hard PCT if it makes you feel better. I know, its such a long time and youll be (gasp!) 24!

Mentally prepare yourself for the weights to start going down in the gym and the scale to start going down also. Sucks but thats the hole you put yourself in. Youll come out the other side better for it. If you havent addicted yourself to steroids already.

Its also not a good idea to shackle yourself to a career that relies on drug use to maintain that career

You've been on a cycle for 9 months!!? Omg I don't even know what to say bro... stop.

The OP is fucked. He is going to crash so hard, both physically and emotionally, post cycle its not even funny. Sounds like there was no base to work on and his whole life is centered around his physique which is all due to fairly large doses of AAS.

Looks to me like you have 2 choices, one being just a poor extension of your past choices...

1. stop cold turkey and see where you end up and what kind of damage has been done. (ie the smart thing to do).

2. keep doing what your doing and sooner or later your going to pay the piper for you poor decisions.

^^^All of the above.^^^And to prove it to yourself, get a full blood panel done. No short term goals are worth your health and libido for the rest of your life.

Here's what you do. You cruise for about 3 months and let your body normalize on the low test dose. Then if you really want to explore natural recovery you run an aggressive pct followed by several mini pcts at different intervals and keep on top of the blood work to see what's going on internally. When you do return to normal your gains are gonna be mostly gone but you'll be functioning on your own again. Or you can just accept that your gonna need a shot for the rest of your life. I think your a little too young yet to make that decision but its your life. You can still recover to a natural level but it's not gonna be what it once was. But the truth is its never the same for anyone who juices.
