8th day on DBOL cycle, 6lbs up...

Yes I know, much water retention. But I am starting to harden up a bit and my workouts are nothing short of explosive at the gym.

I have never had such a hard time in my life stuffing my face. Trying to eat every 2 hours is alot harder then I thought it would be. Training 6 times a week, working out only 1-2 muscle groups a day. But when I hit that group, I kill it hard! I have a total of 21 "healthy" pills that I am taking a day consisiting of Tyler Liver Detox, Saw Palmetto, Milk Thistle, and Cranberry Extract. I completely quit drinking since day one and consume about 2 gallons of water a day. Gotta piss every 20 minutes lol.

I know that many of you guys are very biased towards oral only cycle. I am going to make the most out of this 5 week cycle as I can. I have been eating clean, but stuffing my face. 150 grams of protein a day in addition to 4-5 meals a day.

I started at 162lbs, 5' 9", now I am at 168lbs. Height hasn't changed last I checked...:D

My flat bench has gone up from repping 205lbs 4X, to 215lbs 4x. Not a large change, but a change no doubt! All other exercises I feel a bit more pumped and balanced. I will post before and after pictures when my 5 weeks is up. Thanks for the inspiration guys.... keep me pumped!

Use Liquedex to keep the water retention in check, as well to stop bloating in the face.
 
I hear ya bro. I'm on day 8 myself and have already put on 14 lbs. I'm running a little test too, but all I'm doing is 25mg d-bol ed for 40 days, 350mg test (cyp. enanthate blend. Had left over) every week for 10 weeks, 10mg nolva ed. Week six I'm gonna hit 50mg Winny eod. This is my first cycle in 3 years and I feel great. I've done a few cycles in the past, but I took 15 months off training and have been hitting the weights since December.
Sorry for rambling on your thread, but I'm pretty excited.

50mg's a day straight through. No pyramid. The dosage is on the higher side, but taking into consideration this is the only gear I am taking.
 
Liquidex didn't help much with my water retention from dbol. It did somewhat when I run it at 2mg/day. Maybe letrozole will be a better choice? I think these anchilleries are best suited for water retention from test.
