wha wha what? i wouldn't be surprised.... i've asked a handful of people and they've never heard of it. it is on the irs.gov site but that doesn't really mean shit. i don't owe anything or have been audited. so no idea why they'd send me this considering THEY fucked up. i'm guessing if i don't comply next year they're going to keep my taxes for it!?
