8 years off, time to re-shape!

Greetings all,

Although this is my first post on here, I am an avid reader of the forum, and find it a most relaxed community compared to other forums I use. I hope in the fullness of time, I will be able to contribute and assist others around me with my experiences.

Here is my Scenario. I trained heavy for around 10 years, and was in good, but bulky shape. Did a fair bit of powerlifting, and did very well. I am only 5'6 and used to hover around 200lbs all year round, and back in those days, used a lot of sus and deca, amongst other bits and bobs, but these were my staple.....

4 Kids later, i'm now 34, still 5'6!, but upto about 215. Still have good size and shape (still got 18" guns) with a shirt on, but take it off and well, here I am now.

I Live in Spain, it's just about to get hot, summer is a few months away, and I live 50 yrds from the beach. There is no way i am going on the beach in this condition, So i have decided to get back into shape the only way I know how.

Some Of you might say, cut the carbs, 40 mins of cardio each day, and you'll be lean for the summer. Easy. That may form part of my plan, but I want to keep some size and shape. I have been thinking of running a deca/winstrol cycle, with ECA, low on carbs, high on protein, but having read this board for a few months now, there has been a few changes in what 'juices' are available now, and obviously knowledge has improved. I have been tempted to run out and buy a load of Tren, but i read it's not nice with Deca.

What do i do? most of my purchases will come from the UK, so the choice isn't massive, i know i can buy T-350, Tren, Deca 2ml yellow tops, winny, tamoxifen, anavar and a few other bits.

So over to you guys, what is going to shape me up best for summer, diet is no issue for me, neither is cardio, i'll do whatever it takes, but what is the best juice to speed up my metamorphosis, and what supplements.

I don't think it makes sense to do a cycle just to get into shape. Your going to want to get the body fat % down before you start anyway.
 
with the long layoff when you get back into the gym, you can make newbie like muscle gains. so stay away from cycles for some time.
 
Welcome aboard Bro. You say you've been reading for a while so you probably know the drill. Get your diet in check, first. YADA YADA. I tell people to get their BF < 20% before cycling in order to lessen aromatization. Don't forget clenbuterol has anabolic properties of its own and is good while dieting. I would not advise jumping in feet first with Tren if you haven't juiced in a while. Its sides can be disconcerting.
 
You've only gained 15lb in 8 years...

I dunno , if your metabolism is like mine, you should have no problem keeping mass. At age 34 it's hard for me to burn fat.

I think you should look into the cardio idea before juicing because you may no need gear to keep mass since you're 8 years older
