i am so lazy...still havent got my platnum yet...but george i will do it soon. so will someone please post this pic for me. i will go into all the stats and cycles after. feel free to rip on me...i can take it i think..:bawling:

From your pic we can tell you're not lazy. No need to rip on you for your appearance however. I noticed the trend on this board to take pics in Calvin Klein's or whatever. That needs to stop.

You are a fucking monster-from head to toe. Usually when a guy is big upstairs his legs are weak-but you have a great complete physique.

Told you your calves are awsome! You're looking pretty good for 8 weeks out meat. Looking like you're holding your size pretty well. It'll be interesting to see what you'll look like 4 weeks out. Stay motivated bro. NOTHING matter more than this!

thanks bro. well my bulking diet consist of 7-8 thousand calories a day. 400-500grams of protein a day. i pretty much ate anything i could get my hands on...fast food is not off limits for me.

i am doing 2 shows this July...hopefully i wil qualify for nationals.

Look very good and i like your take on diet....i have been advised by a few vets at my gym who agree that in order to get all those calories one must "sacrifice"...i guess a 20 pack of mcnuggets cant hurt too much eh bro! lol

night time
monday...biceps(3 exercises,9 sets total)/back(3 exercises..12 sets)/ forearms( 2 exercises, 8 sets)
tuesday...chest(4 exercise...15 sets)/ triceps (2 exercises..9 sets)
wednesday...quads(5 exercises...17 sets)/calves (2 exercises..9 sets)
thursday..biceps( 3 exercises..12 sets)/triceps( 3 exercises..12 sets)/ forearms (2 exercises..8 sets)
friday...hamstrings (3 exercises..12 sets)/ calves (2 exercise..9 sets)
sat....delts( 3 exercises...12 sets)/ traps ( 2 exercises...8 sets)

morning...2x a week 20 min of cardio.
 
jc21, did you find that your legs started really responding for you just recently, or was it always easy for you to build on them?? I'm just curious, because even if you have good genetics, I've heard a lot of people say that the legs really start growing right around 22 - 23.

truely my legs have alway been big...even when i was in junior high. comes from my father, he has always had great legs. but since my new leg routine they have grown a little bit. i just always had a good leg genetics.

You say that you feel you need work on your arms, do you feel that you are overtraining them? I ask because at 20 years old i feel i am on the right track and you have a similar shape to what i have ( of course im not as nearly conditioned, vascular or have as much quality muscle.....im currently 245 at 6' and roughly 11%).

actually i just started doing the my arms twice a week about a year ago..and i have seen a lot of improvement. so no i dont think i overtrain them. try it and see how you like it. anytime you need help just ask. i have had tons of help over the years.

i need help with my arms. i think it's mostly that i genetically lack the biceps with a peak gene or some bullshit, and it really pisses me off. my arms are relatively on the same level of strength with the rest of my body, it's just that they don't grow as much it seems, and that too pisses me off. i just wish there was some way to fix it.

i started including at least one exercise every bicep routine of some kind of preacher curl. lifting too heavy on biceps will kill the pump and they wont grow. try lifting lighter and getting a good pump and contraction. stay atleast at 8 reps 90% of the time. worked to bring up my arms some.

Looking VERY good buddy.The quads/calves are really well developed,specially at your young age.I need to see a couple different poses of your upper body to properly evaluate.A most-muscular,back double bi,and a side chest/tri would be great.I think you are going to do quite well though,as at 5'7,220,that's a lot of thickness,and your BF is still excellent to be holding that type of mass.

Killer legs. :doublefi: Let's see some hamstrings though and what your calves look like from the back. I think your chest could be more meaty. Mabye it's just the pose. At the age of 23, you look fucking great. Absolutely outstanding physique. They say men hit their peak in their early 30's so you have another 8-10 years and if you keep it up then you a great chance to be champion and maybe even have a legendary physique.

i still need to shed a good amount of fat from my back and a lot of my hamstrings. you guys think 198 will be good...or should i go lower? at 220 right now.

Hey jc21, I know you believe in super cycles. Do you go to a doctor and get checked out? Have you ever had any problems. If you were still unhappy about your arm development as you get closer, would you ever use synthol? It seems that synthol use is becoming more prevalent and am just curious.

no i really dont think i will ever use synthol. from what i have seen of it, it makes a person look horrible. i trained with a guy that did it in his delts, it just made them look deformed. anybody that knows a lot about synthol would know i one second what he did.

well i use 2 different quads workouts

#1
5 min warm up of cardio
3-4 sets heavy leg extension
4-5 sets squat
4 sets leg press
3 sets lunges
3 sets moderate leg extension

#2
5 min warm up cardio
3-4 sets heavy leg extension
4-5 sets leg press
4 sets front squat
3 sets lunges
3 sets moderate leg extension
 
I think the 199 show weight will be good for you. If you can get down to that weight, you will be shred city.
Did you guys see Lee Priest (5'4") at the San Franc. Grand Prix - 199 lbs! Lightest he has ever been in recent years and he won his first pro show! He looked nothing but incredible. The shred effect amazingly brings out symetry while creating an illusion of size.

you know after looking at the pics closely earlier today i came to the same conclusion. while my back is wide..the lower lats arent. there needs to be a better sweep..i agree 100% and will devote a lot of training to bringing that up. along with bringing up my arms. i will definatly post pics 4 weeks out

gymratpa...i have two shows coming up in july 13 and july 19-20.

the npc cut off for lightheavy is 198 so that is where i am gonna be.
