8 weeks in

I am eight weeks into a Sust 250 cycle. I started off the cycle with two weeks of 20mg d-bol e/d. I was also a little high on the bodyfat 15%-16%. Now I am seeing good results, with the size, but my strength gains have stopped, on bench mainly. The reason I say bench is because that seems to be the exercise that really shows my strength increase. I have notice myself getting leaner and bigger. I have cut down some of the cals and I am eating very clean. This is my question, Should I continue to eat the healthy foods and not increase caloric intake, or should I try eating more and not worry about the fat I am gaining. I started this cycle coming off of a football injury and wanted to bulk, not cut. But now I am thinking that I would rather look lean. Can I still make this into a good cutting cycle? And how do I do that. Cardio, high reps/low weight? I didn't think that I would gain so much lean muscle of the sust. I am also concerned with loosing the strength if I start to cut, anyway to prevent that?

I went through this as well. You start to gain strength and weight, then all of a sudden you start to worry about not being cut when you're done. My advice would be to focus on bulking first, then worry about cutting after. You'll lose a bit of water weight once you're done, so keep in mind you'll be leaner in a couple weeks than you are now. Plus towards the end of my cycle, the leg pumps made running next to impossible.

sorry i cant answer you..but did the dbol do anything for you at 20mg....gonna be running sust soon..and was wondering if i should front load with some dbol...

It doesn't matter if you're bulking or cutting, you should always use heavy weight and reps b/w 6-10. The high reps is a myth that just won't die. I love all these women that do 15-20 reps and then complain because they have no "tone". They aren't building any muscle to have tone. No muscle=no metabolism=no fat loss=you're still a fat ass!LOL!
To answer your question bro, you're plateauing on strength most likely is from your reduced caloric intake. Bump it up if you want the strength.

Damn. I really want the strength and don't think I am willing to give it up to look leaner. I think that you are right. I'll go heavy and kick the calories back up. Then after I am going to get some clen. How long after pct do I wait to do the clen? I will start pct three weeks after last shot, then run it for 4 weeks. Do you think that the strength will go down a little after I am done? And should I go lighter to cut, with more sets not reps? I am concerned about summer. But I won't be in shorts till May. Thats three months and I have two shots of sust left and pct to do. What about the cardio?

YES. Took 5mg in the morning 10mg at 2 and lifted at 5:30 then 5mg at 7. I got great pumps and wish I had enough money to go the four weeks. If you are going to add some d-bol just get enough for 4 weeks, and 20 mg will be plenty, IMO>
