6th week gains

I have been taking 500mg sust/ wk, and 400mg eq/ wk. starting 6th week tomorrow, and last week I started really noticing pys. changes. my arms have grown alittle over 1/2 inch. I have gained probably 7lbs altogether. Is this good growth or should I have increased more already. Everyone i see now is saying, damn look at this cock diesel mofo, or are saying they can tell I have been working out and asking if I am on the juice. Will gains come more and stronger now, or at about the same speed as first five weeks.???
 
first 6-8 weeks is when you put on the most weight. With the amount of juice your taking, you probably should have blown up by now, like 15+ lbs by now, considering this is you first cycle. Are you sure it's real? How's your diet? Training? Rest?

mon/wed/fri I do abs, and each day I train around 1 1/2-2hrs.
Diet is pretty good, but I know I am not consuming enough food, but my job doesnt allow me too, can't eat while at work.

Also, you shouldn't be working out 5 days in a row...you're body needs to recover. try 2 on, 2 off, 2 on, 1 off.

I 'm curious too, i just quit EQ in my 5th week because of anxiety and I didnt see the normal gains that I should have. i will just continue with the Test & Deca and hope that i gain some more now that i'm off the EQ ,btw I'm also in the 6th ending and up 11 lbs and hard to hold that for what ever reason because I'm eating a ton training & sleep good too.
 
Viz: Can you sneak some protein bars into work, maybe cut in half, when you go take a leak wolf one down or something?
<rant> Every dickhead get's to smoke every hour so why can't you take 5 and eat?

If your not eating enough I can't see how working out 5 days is gonna help, rest more.. I don't know how big you are but hey, 7lbs could be allot on you bro!

I'm about to start a cycle with EQ in it, but I'm prone to anxiety already, how much worse is EQ than other juice in regards to anxiety??
 
Vizion-Just my advice but forget the scales when your training-take pictures or even better:video. Anyway those gains could mean you've lost some bf and with that amount of juice your on gains should keep coming.

Tzan-Im prone to anxiety too, and EQ does agrivate it but it subsides after about 2 weeks. So you can try it but give it a chance cause the anxiety may go away-and yes it is known to cause anxiety in some users more so than most gear

if this is your first cycle, i would say those gains are reather modest, you might want to up your calories a bit, ofcoarse if you gave us your stats and your nutrition program we would be able to be much more of help
 
I'm about to start a 500mg sust/400mg eq cycle (maybe 12.5mcg t3 thrown in). What kind of gains can I expect if my caloric intake is <2000 a day? I'm hoping to lean up (get below 10% bf..currently around 10-12%) while gaining hopefully a solid 10lbs lbm. Will do cardio a minimum of 3x a week for 30mins as well.

Oh and since I'm cutting, would adding liquidex help at all?

throw some dbol in that test/eq cycle. I am doing the exact same cycle but with 35 mg ed of dbol for 4 weeks. This is my second week and I have already put on 7 pounds. I just did my 3 injection yesterday. And I still have 8 weeks to go. can't wait hoping for around 25 pounds (obviously counting water weight).
