6'1", 210lbs, and Starting my first cycle.

I have a really good source for Deca, Anavar, Test, and GH. I'm not sure how much of which to take. These are the only things I will get because I'm getting it "legally", and it's FDA approved. I've been sceptical of AS for a while because I didn't want to get scammed. Anyway, I'm 6'1", 210lbs. I am not fat but I havn't seen my six pack since H.S. I work out 5 days a week, and just recently got my diet in order. By the way, I've been working out for about 4 years but havn't gotten the results I want due to non-workout related accidents (broken leg, broke jaw in car accident, was in the army and got shipped off for 6 months, etc.) Now I'm ready, and serious, and need to know what to start with. I definately want to get bigger, but I'm shooting for the "bowflex guy" look.
 
WEll, since it is your first, let it be one of your best. YOu should see great results.

Well, there are many options you can do. you can run things for 8, 10, or 12 weeks. If you want serious growth and you don't care if anyone sees you on it then stay at a gram a week for 12 weeks. Run some Anavar to help stay lean...unless you are going for bulk.

Remember you anti-E's and CLOMID or HCG for post cycle reactivation of testosterone in the testis.

You should keep these seperate. If you want size, let your body gain 20lbs and stay there to get use to the weight. If you are cutting then cut up...NOT BOTH.
 
I'm not sure, I'd be guessing. My arms, back and chest are slightly defined enough to where chicks dig'em. I build muscle easily in those areas (i guess all people do) My traps are one of my "Trait" muscles that are easy to build. I just have a problem with my "Gut" It doesn't hang over my pants, all I can see is a pathetic slightly defined 4 pack when If flex. The only part of my body that shows ANY definition is my traps, chest(barely) and arms-(mostly when flexing arms) So, I know for a long time I wasn't training or eating correctly, and I've taken a LOT of time studying that.. and It's been corrected. For about a month my protein intake went up from around 100g a day to 250g a day. (it get's expensive!) So, I hope that helps.
 
Well, since it's sweater season.. I want to bulk, then I figured I'd start cutting prior to summer.
