60iu Nutropin (green top)???

Has anyone herd of 60iu Nutropin (green top)??? I personally have never and one of my friends with AIDS just bought one (black market) for $250 because his insurance raised the cost of his Serostim which he was taking 18iu per day. It is premixed so there is no disk of powder. It comes in a regular GH bottle with 2ml of solution. Please help a brotha out if you know what I mean, I don't want to see my friend health diminish just because he was forced to use Black Market products.

According to there homepage there is NO 60iu bottle , but there are counterfeit bottles of AQ floating about.
