6 week cutting cycle

this is what im going to do this summer, to harden and get cut up. my stats are 6'1, 200lbs, around 8-10%bf im looking to get around 190.

im a track athlete and will be training ed very hard along with 1 hour of intense lifting after my running workout. my calories will be around 5,000 since i don't want to get any bigger. any advice would be appreciated. (especially if u have done a cycle like this before)
 
looks like a solid and well thought out cycle. you should have some good results. good luck.
 
do you guys think this is a bulking cycyle or a cutting cycle with the info i included. i was hoping i was not taking too much to actually loose weight on.

imo there is no such thing. you are either on a bulking, maintaining, or cutting diet..not cycle. i mean i am on test, deca, dbol right now and i am dieting for a show. i am losing a good 3-4 pounds a week. the only thing that makes a difference is if the compounds make you hold water...which the ones you chose dont. i guarentee you arent taking too much to lose weight.
 
Keep in mind he's an track runner and not a BB.
He can't go carb free like BB's can.
Are the goals here to look better or run faster?
