how many MG's is in each pill of 6OXO. Also How many mgs a day should you take. DO you need to spread it out through the day. Also say I was going to go on a 1-ad only cycle should I take it a week after the last pill or the next day and how long should I continue this. Should I take Macca with that to help restore everything?

100 mgs per capsule, 400-600 mgs per day, all at one time taken. Come the cessation of 1AD use (or any other PH/1-Test cycle), then comes the use of 6OXO, right after, several weeks to last (depends on cycle length). Don't know if Maca well help for such regards.
