6%-8% BF and NO ABS...Dieters need some help..CKD?...PLEASE

Ok I have had enough of this shit I need some help and need it now before I lose my mind...I just got my bf measured and the PT that did it said I was 5.4, But I did it today and really pinched the skin and got 8%...But what I don't get is that I am 5'5 20years old but no abs...I am finishing up my third cycle and I don't understand why I don't have any abs and yes I work them 4X a week and hard....My cycle is fina, eq, winny, and aratest...I have novladex should I take that to take some water weight away, but I heard it hinders gains....I just started a diet from the book "Body Rx"...It's pretty good but I keep reading all this stuff on CKD diets, how do they work are they good for shedding weight fast....Need some help on a good diet please leave me so good help before I go nuts....HELP...:mad: :confused: :mad:

Same here, mine are really deep and thick, now I need to get really lean and keep my size and they'd look great.

BTW my upper obliques are always better than my abs, I'm probably 10-12% now and they're a lot more visable than my abs. Is anyone else like this? I always thought this was weird.
 
Genetics do play a role in your abdominals. However, most people tend to have a misconseption about their bodyfat percentage. The common methods used to test a persons bodyfat (bioimpedence and skinfold) are not very accurate.

Bioimpedence is terrible b/c the way you hold, the machine, your hydration levels, and the age you type in all affect it. Next time you get a chance, take a BI device, and take a reading w/ arks straight out. Now take it w/ arms bent and the device very close to your body. You will yield very different results.

Skinfold is a good method IF the person administering the procedure has special training to do so. Anyone not trained to do this will yield erroneous results. Take those numbers w/ a garin of salt.
 
Yeah this sucks guys I was thinkning about doing the diet that I found in a book called Body Rx......But know I just finished reading the CKD diet that was posted it looks good have any of you ever done it...It seems to work but all you do during the week is eat fat and protein and no fat but only carbs and protein on the weekends..It sounds wierd but I think that I might just try it unless anyone else has any ideas?
