6 1/2 weeks into first cycle...

Just thought I'd share my experiences of the last 6 1/2 weeks of my first cycle which is test e at 500mgs pw, split into 2 shots monday and thursday.
Over the first 5 weeks most notable difference is my weight shot up considerably, from 175 to 196, has recently dropped back to 193, I've definately gained a bit of bodyfat in there. My diet has been very heavy, been eating 6-10 times a day generally five to six thousand calories, clean as possible however my priority has been making sure I take in enough food to get maximum benefit from my cycle.
Strength gains have been more slow and steady than anything else, my bench press has gone from 80kg x5 to 80kgx9, deadlift from 165kgx5 to 177.5kgx5 with a few kilos gain on squats as well. I've been training three days per week, focusing on the heavy compound lifts. I was intent on increasing my training to five days while on cycle however my recovery isn't currently good enough to justify this. I started letro about a week ago to combat some gyno which showed up early on, following a taper suggested by Arabian, itchiness in my nipples is now gone. I'm planning on running the letro another couple of weeks then switching to exemestane for the remainder of my cycle. My skin is a little oily and I have a few more spots than usual, nothing major though. All in all I'm surprised by how mild the physical and psychological effects have been so far. I was originally going to run for ten weeks however I'm extending to twelve in case the letro has an impact on my gains. Any comments, questions, suggestions all welcome :artist:
