no it's not a tbol only cycle. i'm running 500mg test a week and proviron 50mg/day for the last 4 weeks. i've just never taken tbol or proviron before. my stats are 5'11'' 157, bf, idk for sure but i'm pretty certain it's under 10%.
so i should take tbol on an empty stomach before breakfast and about an hour before i workout on an empty stomach? any juices to help absorption (grapfruit)? also do i just do the same thing on off days but spread it out a lil more?
i'm stuck on the spreading thing because i wan't to keep my blood level regular, should this be a concern or am i blowing it out of proportion? thanks for the advice i've gotten so far guys.
