300mg wk for 8 wks is a good starting point, may not get much out of it you you are more experienced. The only problem is you start getting into the groove and feeling the effect of EQ than the cycle is over. I would stretch it out, maybe EQ 250mg for 10 wks, along with Sus 250 for 10wks. Followed up with Winny/Test prop at week 11, than followed up with post cycle recovery.
You may not "blow up" but focus on training/diet and it should give you nice quality gains... but I am also a beleiver in low dosed cycles.
